Jim Weix

Jim Weix, President and Broker, began his real estate career in Wisconsin as a Commercial Real Estate Broker. He specialized in investment real estate, both as a Broker Associate for an internationally affiliated commercial firm, and as an owner of residental and commercial rental real estate.

With that philosophy, Jim formed The Real Estate Company-Treasure Coast, Inc., which immediately was more successful than even Jim had even dreamed of. Within 2 months, Jim had more business than he could handle, and began taking on agents.
